  2. 1 table spoonpepper
  3. 1 table spoontumeric
  4. 1 table spoonpaprika
  5. 1/2 cupmaziwa mara
  6. 200 gramschicken
  7. Garlic
  8. Ginger
  9. Rosemary

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and allow to rest

    Shallow fry in a pan until cook

    Add the remaining marinade and cover to continue cooking

    Smoke the bay leaves and then cover it with a bowl to allow the chicken to be flavoured
