  • 1papaya chopped
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  • as neededfried dumplings crushed
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil and ghee

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed,bay leaf and green chilli paste

  2. 2

    Add chopped papaya and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover

  3. 3

    As papaya get soft add ginger and cumin coriander powder and mix

  4. 4

    Add coconut mix well along with sugar
