Ingredients

  • For Malpua-
  • 500 gramrefined flour
  • 1and half cup milk
  • 1 tea spoonBaking powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for frying
  • For chashni-
  • 2 cupSugar
  • 1 1/2 cupWater
  • 1/2 tablespoonElaichi powder
  • For kesar Rabri-
  • 2 cupMilk
  • 1/4 cupMakhana roasted and grind
  • few Kesar string
  • 3/4 cupSugar
  • 2 tspdry fruits chopped
  • 1/2 tspElaichi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil the milk.

  2. 2

    Reduce the milk about to half quantity.

  3. 3

    Let it cool.

  4. 4

    Add A Pinch of salt and baking powder in refined flour.

  5. 5

    Now add refind flour in this thick milk.

  6. 6

    Be careful there will be no lumps.

  7. 7

    Make a pouring consistency.

  8. 8

    Give 10 minutes rest to this batter.

  9. 9

    That time you can make sugar syrup.

  10. 10

    Add sugar and water,boil for dissolve sugar in water.

  11. 11

    Add elaichi powder and boil for 5 minutes.

    Chasni is ready now.

  13. 13

    Take a Kadai heat oil.

  14. 14

    Oil should not be too hot.

  15. 15

    In the oil pour a ladle full batter for make pua.

  16. 16

    When cook one side flip it very carefully.

    When fry take it out.

  18. 18

    Make all the Malpua like this.

  19. 19

    Dip Malpua in warm Chashni.

  20. 20

    After 10 minutes take it out.

    For kesar Rabri-

    Take milk, let it boil.

  23. 23

    Add Makhana and stirr it until boil.

  24. 24

    Add kesar and bring it to Boil.

  25. 25

    When milk become thick,add sugar.

  26. 26

    Mix chopped dry fruits and elaichi powder.

  27. 27

    Garnish Malpua with Chandi vark and served with Kesar rabdi.
