Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 10chicken wings, cut into two, wing tips removed
  2. 1 tsplemon pepper seasoning (if you don't have any, 2 tsp mixture or grated lemon zest and crushed black pepper would do)
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 2 tbspflour + 1 tbsp katakuriko (or maizena)
  5. 1/2 tsplemon pepper seasoning
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 2-3 tbspoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix wingettes and drumettes with 1 tsp lemon pepper, 1/2 tsp salt. Store in an airtight container in a fridge overnight.

    Remove chicken pieces from the fridge. Rest for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Combine flour + katakuriko with lemon pepper and salt. Put chicken pieces inside and coat them well.

    Pan-fry until golden brown.
