    Put sufuria in a jiko with water.let it boil. Add flour and stire to make ugali

    Add onions in the sufuria let them cook till golden brown. Add tomatoes and salt

    Add beef let it cook with medium heat.

    In another sufuria. Add cooking oil,add onions

  5. 5

    After they have cooked add lakes and Dania on top cover for five minutes

  6. 6

    Serve when hot
