Steps

Take beetroot wash, peel and grated.

Heat a pan put 1 tsp ghee and sauté dry food and take them out.

In same pan put 1 tbsp more ghee add beetroot and cook 3 to 4 min.

Now add milk cook 10 min or till milk becomes thick after that add sugar and stir it.

Now add cardamom power and milk powder and cook 5 to 8 min.

Transfer the mixture to the ghee greased plate set to a 1 inch thick.

Garnish form dry fruit.
Cool completely or put in freeze for a night after that cut and serve.
