Ingredients

  • 1large bunch spinach chopped
  • 1Potato cubed
  • 4-5 cubepumpkin
  • 1/2brinjal cubed
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1 handfulBengal gram boiled
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcelery seed
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper celery seed and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add the veggies and saute for a while

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well

  4. 4

    Add chopped Spinach and mix well

  5. 5

    Add gram and cover until everything get soft

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well

  7. 7

    Serve it with rice
