Steps

Take Clean and washed tur dal and yellow moong daal in a cooker add required water and take 4 whistle. Cool the cooker completely.

Open cooker take boiled daal in one pan churn with hand blender or in a mixer..add Red chilli powder turmeric powder and dhaniya jeera powder 1 teaspoon ginger garlic and green chilli paste pinch of garam masala add salt mix all properly.

Take tadka pan add garlic cloves pieces one slited green chilli Jeera mustard seeds 2 to 3 Curry patta keep on a high flame when garlic turned brown add asafoetida immediately add this tadka in daal cover the lid for 5 minutes.. Now open lid adjust consistency by adding water..

Boil the daal till masala cooked properly. sprinkle coriander leaves and turn off the flame. Serve hot with rice.
