Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 bunchspinach chopped
  • 1potato cubed
  • 1/2 brinjal sliced
  • 5-6cubed pumpkin pieces
  • 1 tspfive spices
  • 3green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil temper five spices and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add cubed vegetables and saute for 3-4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and add chopped Spinach

  4. 4

    Now cover for 10 mints or till it gets soft and moist

  5. 5

    Finally add sugar and coconut,mix well

  6. 6

    Serve it with rice or chapati
