Peel the unripe plantain, wash and cut into small chops. Put into the pot and beging to cook.

Wash ur smoked fish and slice your onions. Also get the fresh pepper ready by blending it with the crafish.

As soon as the plantain start to boil, add fish, onions, salt, seasoning cube, crafish and pepper. Cover it and Allow to cook for about 8-10min

Wash scent leaf, slice and add to it, then add Palm oil and turn. Let it cool for a minute then bring down.
