Ingredients

  1. For ragda
  2. 1 cupragda mutter
  3. 3 tspginger garlic chilli paste
  4. 2-3 tspbesan
  5. 1 tspcumin
  6. 2 tspOil
  7. 4-5curry leaves
  8. pinchAsfotedia
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Pinchturmeric
  11. Patice
  12. Boiled and mashed 3 potatoes
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  15. 1 1/2 tspGinger chilli paste
  16. 2-4 tspCoriander
  17. 1 tspAamchur
  18. pinchTurmeric
  19. 2 tspCornflour
  20. 4-5 tspbread crumbs
  21. For garnish
  22. Chopped onion
  23. Tamarind chutney
  24. Green chutney
  25. Sev bhujiya
  26. Chaat masala
  27. Curd as per per your taste
  28. Coriander chopped
  29. Raw mango chopped
  30. Pomegranate
  31. Beetroot grated

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak ragda 6-8 hour, than boiled nicely. In a pan add oil, cumin, asfotedia, curry leaves than add besan roast nicely than add ggc paste aft that add boil ragda sauté nicely add water as per requirement boil it nicely. Your ragda is done.

    For tikki add all ingredients mix it nicely give proper shape and roast it on tawa both side properly.

    In a serving plat add tikki, ragda and all garnished things as per your choice.
