Onion ring cheese burger

Season the ground beef with salt, cayenne, paprika and add chopped cilantro. Mix together and divide to 12equal portions and set aside

Slice your cheddar cheese to 6 equal parts. Beat your eggs and season your bread crumbs with a little salt and black pepper(optional).

Lightly flour the onion rings the place one part of ground beef in the middle and flatten with your finger, then place one sliced cheddar cheese and top it with ground beef and flatten lightly with your fingers. Repeat the procedure for all the other rings

Heat your oil in a pan over medium heat. Meanwhile deep the set rings in the egg-wash and then the bread crumbs.

Then fry on both sides for 10minutes. Be careful not to overcook them because they will become dry.

When ready, serve with a sauce of your choice as an appetizer.
