Dry roast the broken wheat in kadhai fry till it changes colour and leaves an aroma. Remove wash properly and then cook it in a pressure cooker with 3 cups of water on medium heat and cook for 1 whistle.
Cool down and remove in a plate. - 2
Heat kadhai along with oil, add hing, urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. When Seasoning splutters, Add chopped veggies fry till tender,add boiled broken wheat, adjust salt, half cup of water stir well cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Once the water is vaporized and all vegetables are soft, your dish is ready.Serve with any type of side dish.
