Coat the boiled egg with turmeric powder and salt and shallow fry, keep aside.

In a same pan add mustar oil as needed and add pinch of cumin seeds and whole garam masala. Add chopped onion and saute till it become soft and golden brown. Add garlic paste and saute. Add cumin,chilli and turmeric powder and saute until the oil seperates from it.

Add 1 cup of hot water and add egg also. Boil the egg curry for 5-6 minutes and serve hot.
