Take a bowl add maida, salt,ghee & mix well.

Add water in batches & knead the dough.

Once dough is ready keep it resting {30 mins}.

Take a frying pan on oven, add ghee.

Then add green cardamom, grated mawa & stir well.

Then add rawa, sugar as per your taste & mix well.

Then add grated coconut, chopped cashew nuts mix well & cook for another 2 mins.

After 2 mint your stuffing is ready, &take it out.

To prepare sugar syrup, take a pan add 1cup sugar, 1/2 cup water & stir well.

Once sugar syrup is ready, add lemon juice & mix,then keep it out.

Then take a small dough & roll it to make chapati.

Then apply water on chapati, put the stuffing in middle & fold it from all sides & prick a cloves from top.

Heat some oil in a kadhai, when oil is ready fry Lavanga Latika in batches.

Fry in slow flame,till golden brown.

Fry properly from both sides.

Once the colour became golden brown, take it out.

When the sugar syrup is lukewarm put the lavanga latika in it & keep it for 5 mins.

After 5 min take it out from sugar syrup & serve.
