Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgpotatoes
  • 1big onion
  • 1lemon
  • 1bell pepper
  • Salt
  • 1grated carrot
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • 1 tspcurry powder
  • 2 tsptomato paste
  • 1/4 tspRoyco

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes and add salt

  2. 2

    Fry onions until golden brown add bell pepper, grated carrot, tomatoes, garlic paste, curry powder, oregano,tomato paste and Royco

  3. 3

    Add boiled potatoes and stir

  4. 4

    Cook until the potatoes are well cooked add lemon juice
