140 gplain flour
4eggs
200 mlmilk

Heat oven to 210 C (fan)

Rub oil into the tray and place in the oven to heat

Mix ingredients and whisk until lump free
4

Add salt and pepper to taste

Remove tray from the oven and add mixture evenly between 8 large containers
6

Cook for 20-25 minutes depending on how crispy you want them. Do not open the door once placed in the oven until they are done
