  1. 250 gmsmandazi flour
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cupwarm water
  4. 1/2 cupmilk warm
  5. 2 tbsCinnamon

    Mix all ingredients in one bowl except liquids

  2. 2

    Mix to form a smooth dough by adding in liquids

  3. 3

    Let it rest for few minutes then roll out dough.

    Cut into desired shapes.

  5. 5

    Deep fry in heated oil.

  6. 6

    Then serve and enjoy with a drink.
