Ingredients

10-15 min
4 serving
  • 500 gmParshe fish
  • 5-6 slicesBrinjal
  • 2 tbspBlack and yellow mustared paste
  • 1 tspYogurt
  • 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  • 1/2 tspChopped Tomato
  • 3 tbspMustared oil
  • 1 tspKalonji
  • to tasteSalt
  • 5-6 piecesBori or lentil dumpling
  • 1 tbspTermeric powder
  • 1 tspChopped Coriander

Steps

10-15 min
  1. 1

    Merinated the fish with salt and 1 tbsp termeric and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add fish and shallow fry in both side.

  3. 3

    Keep the fried fish and then add bori or lentil dumpling and fry.

  4. 4

    Add brinjal and fry and keep it aside.

  5. 5

    Add kalonji in the same oil then add chopped tomato and satue.

  6. 6

    Add mustared & green chilli paste and satue till the fragrent. Then add yogurt and satue.

  7. 7

    Add salt and termeric and satue. Then add water and add fry bori and brinjal and fried fish.

  8. 8

    Cover and cook 4-5 mins and garnished with chopped Coriander and serve hot with boiled rice.
