Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1onion
  • 2 tspSpices
  • 1bell pepper
  • Water
  • Salt
  • 1tomato
  • 1 tsptomato paste
  • 1 tspgarlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the rice in water for 20 min

  2. 2

    Fry onions until golden brown

  3. 3

    Add bell pepper, tomato,salt, pilau spices, garlic paste, tomato paste and stir

  4. 4

    Add water and cover

  5. 5

    When water boils add rice

  6. 6

    Cook until all water drains

  7. 7

    Cook it in low heat for 15min
