Soaked sago for 1 hour.It will be double in size after wards.

In a big bowl take the sago,boiled potatoes, cumin seeds,chopped green chilli and coriander.Add salt according to taste.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Make a Small size ball.

Now flatten the ball with hands.

Make all the vada Just like that.

Fry all the vada in hot oil.

Fry until turn golden brown and crispy

Your crispy sabudan vada is ready to eat.Serve with green chilli and curd.
