Keep a big pot for steaming, mix all ingredients together except colors, when water starts boiling, remove the batter in 3 equal parts add colour in 2 add 1/4 tsp ENO fruit salt in each and stir well, pour 2 tbsp of batter on a greased small thali, keep on adding different colored batter on top of the other till all done....

when cool cut squaresGarnish: make bagaar (tempering) of mustard seeds, cummin seeds, sesame and green chilli flakes in a tbsp of oil...
