Place your frying pan the fire,add cooking oil and leave it to be hot

Once the oil is hot,add your sliced potatoes and cover the frying pan(it helps the potatoes to be ready in a shorter time).

When the potatoes are ready and crunchy, remove them from the frying pan.

Deep fry the Smokies for three minutes.

Place a serviette on the plate,serve the chips,add tomato sauce and sprinkle some salt to your taste.

Add the Smokies to the chips and enjoy your meal.
