  • Oloyin beans
  • Ripe plantain
  • Cowleg meat
  • Salt,maggi,onion,red oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your beans with hot water thoroughly although I didn't do that.

  2. 2

    Use pressure pot to cook for softness

  3. 3

    Put your oil in the pot,allow to heat up add condiments and stir for 2mins,add your beans and stir for 5mins. Hoops ready to eat.
