Boil chicken, flavor with garlic, onion, celery and salt free seasonings. Once boiling reduce and simmer for 1 hour. Remove from broth, save broth for later. Shred chicken.

Pre heat oven to 350%

In medium bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese and sage. Mix well

When removing crescent rolls from package, leave together so that two crescent rolls form a square. This will leave you with 4 crescents

Put a fist size chicken mixture on Crescent and wrap crescent around it and pinch corners together.

Roll in butter, then bread crumbs. Place in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until crescents are done.

While baking on stove in small pan heat up cream of chicken and equal amount of chicken broth.

When chicken crescents are done, remove from oven and coat with topping from pan. Put back in oven for 5-10 minutes.
