Ingredients

  • 250 gmpaneer
  • 4onion finely chopped
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok heat oil add onion saute it till them little brown.

  2. 2

    Now add all spices mix well cook for 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now add grated paneer and mix again.

  4. 4

    After 3 to 4 minutes your paneer bhurji is ready.
