Ingredients

  • 4Raw banana
  • 2 tspoil
  • 2green chilli
  • 1Tomato (not necessary)
  • 1/2 tspFennel
  • 1 tspCumin seed
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 pinchAsetafodia
  • Salt as per taste
  • as neededCoriander for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled the banana, peel the cover

    Now give the tadka with the mentions spices and tomato, add chopped boiled banana.

  3. 3

    If banana looks very dry then only add 1/2 cup water otherwise not require. Cover with lid and heat it for 5 min

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander
