Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1full chicken chopped into big piece's
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspRosemary
  • 1 tbspcrushed garlic
  • 1 tbsplight sit sauce
  • 1 tbspvinegar and pinch of salt
  • 1yap lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients together in a bowl except chicken and mix well..

  2. 2

    Put in the chicken in and rub the mixture into every chicken piece. Cover and put in the fridge for minimum of 1 hr

  3. 3

    Preheat the oven at 200℃

  4. 4

    Arrange your check pieces into an oiled baking tin. Bake for 50 minutes, serve with ugali or rice, with side veggies
