Ingredients

  • 500 gmarbi peeled cut into slightly thick slices and washed
  • 1 piecesGinger grated
  • 2-3Green chilies chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • For masala
  • 5 tbspcurd
  • 1 tspsinghare ka atta
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspfresh coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut arbi into thick slices.washand keep in a strainer to drain

  2. 2

    Heat oil add ajwain fry for 1minute add ginger and green chillies fry for 2minutes

  3. 3

    Add arbi and salt stir fry for 3-4minutes

  4. 4

    Cover and cook on low flame till arbi is tender stirring occasionally mix all ingredients of the masala together add to arbi mix well

  5. 5

    Cook on.high heat for a minute stirring occasionally till it gets nearly dry serve hot
