  • 2 cupgram flour
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/4 tspgreen cardamom
  • 2 tbspchopped almonds
  • as neededPistachio

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee to pan and melt on low flame. Roast the gram flour slowly it colour to light golden starts coming out of mixture.

  2. 2

    Take out the mixture from the pan. Let it cool. Mix the sugar Bura to the mixture and roll into laddu of same shape.
