Soak groundnut with salt over night

Drain the water in the morning and sundry until completely dried. It can take 3 days to dry completely

Heat up your non-stick frying pand and add your groundnut, fry on low heat while stiring continiously

Turn into a tray when it's fried enough and allow to cool down before peeling the skin, blow out the skin and store in a transparent bottle.
