Ingredients

  1. 2 medium sizedonion
  2. 1/2tomato
  3. 8red chillies
  4. 1 teaspoonmustard
  5. 3-4curry leaves
  6. 1/4 teaspoonjeera
  7. 1 tablespoonoil
  8. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind onion, tomato, red chillies and salt. do not grind to very smooth paste

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard, jeera, and chopped curry leaves after mustard start popping add chutney grinded and saute for a minute. your chutney is ready to serve with dosa
