Steps

Sieve your flour twice.

Add baking powder n set aside.

Grease n dust your baking tin.

Pre heat your oven at 180 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, add sugar n margarine n cream them well.

Add eggs one at a time as u whisk. Add vanilla essence.

Add vanilla yoghurt n mix well.

Fold in your flour into the wet ingredients.

Fold in well till you attain a dropping consistency. Avoid over doing it.

Put your butter in your baking tin n bake immediately.

You may reduce your temperature to 160 degrees.

Bake for 45 mins or until a skewer inserted in the cake comes out clean.

When ready, cool it in the tin for 10 mins, then remove it n cool it in the rack.

Ice it with whipping cream once has cooled.

1 cup chilled whipping cream to cover 1 kg cake. Enjoy the whole process n eating as well.
