Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • Onions 1 medium
  • 1 tbstomato paste
  • 2 clovesGarlic
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • to tasteChillies
  • Curry powder
  • to tasteTurmeric
  • Carrots diced medium

Steps

  1. 1

    Add onions and saute turned pink add tomato paste

  2. 2

    Add chicken and fry till a pale white

  3. 3

    Add the spices and a little amount of water to get it slightly wet and simmer till cooked

  4. 4

    Serve with some warm naan or rice
