Mix together onions, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, carrots, cheese spread, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt in a bowl.Add Paneer cubes.

Spread the mixture evenly on two kulchas and cover them with remaining two kulchas.

Heat a non stick pan. Place the kulchas.

Put the butter from the sides and roast on medium flame till golden brown.

Cut into four and serve hot with tomato sauce or mint sauce.
