Prepare all the ingredients

Add garlic and onions till golden brown

Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum,then three drops of vinegar,salt to taste,then about a quarter a cup of water to the mixture

Add the three tilapia and make sure they are all immersed in the mixture
- 5
Allow it to cook for some minutes
- 6
Serve hot with rice
