Blanch the Spinach and coriander leaves

Prepare a pureed of it

Heat butter and add Fenugreek seeds and green chillies

Add onion and garlic and saute

Add ginger garlic and cook until the raw smell disappears

In the mean time cut the paneer and soak into warm milk with sugar

Now add salt and powder masalas and saute

Add the puree and cook until it is thick

Add paneer and sugar and mix

Heat butter and temper dry red chilli and pour it over the palak paneer

Sprinkle kasuri methi crush and it is ready
