Firstly sieve the wheat flour..add carom seeds by rubbing on yo'r palm, salt,clarified butter/desi ghee and make a tight dough by adding blanched and purried spinach little by little..give a rest of 10minutes to the dough by covering with a lid to set completely

Make lemon sized balls out of spinach dough and roll it on the rolling board to give the shape of pooris

Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and fry the pooris by flipping(turning over) from both sides at medium flame one by one

Take out the pooris from oil and put on an absorbant paper towel to soak up excess oil
- 5
Fry all the pooris with same(flipping) process

Yo'r spinach pooris r ready

Transfer in a plate on a paper napkin
- 8
Serve hot with yo'r favourite vegetable or curry with hill lemon and ginger pickle fo' getting a dash of taste
