In medium pot on medium high heat. Boil chicken, flavor with garlic, onion, celery and salt free seasonings. Once boiling reduce and simmer for 1 hour. Remove from broth. Strain broth and save, and add to large pot. Shred chicken.

In a large pot on medium heat add broth, chicken, Onions, bell peppers, celery, garlic Cream of chicken, bay leaves, and seasoning, blend well stir often, cook for 15 minuites.

When is starts to boil, add milk to thicken if necessary. Add frozen veggies and quarter cut biscuits. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
