3 lbboneless chicken breast
1 boxchicken broth
1onion chopped
1bell pepper chopped
1garlic minced
Water
1/4 cupmayo
To tastesalt free seasoning
To tastegarlic powder
To tasteonion powder
Boil chicken in garlic onion celery chicken broth and water

Boil chicken, flavor with garlic, onion, celery and salt free seasonings. Once boiling reduce and simmer for 1 hour. Remove from broth. Shred chicken.

In bowl add chicken chopped onions bell peppers and minced garlic. Mix with mayo. Add seasoning to taste.
