Steps

Wash and soak sago with enough water to get soft and spongy for atleast 3 to 4 hours. Drain the excess water.

In a pan, add oil

Crackle mustard seed, then add peanuts roast it for a minute.

Then add curry leaves, green chilli and tomato. Fry for some time.

Then add sago, salt and black pepper powder. Mix it well

Add any seasoning of ur choice at this stage. You can add some water if require.

Fry for 2 minute. Then add lemon juice and green chopped coriander. Mix it well.

Serve hot.
