Ingredients

  • 2 stems lotus peeled and cut
  • 1boiled potato
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sama flour
  • 1 tspTamarind pulp
  • As requiredWater to adjust consistency

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook lotus stem with salt

  2. 2

    Heat oil in pan add flour saute until raw smell goes but don't change in colour now add water mix it and bring it to boil add potato pieces,stem,salt pepper tamarind pulp cook for five minutes and it's done

Which nutrients and how much amount of each nutrient is provided by one bowl of Lotus stem and Potato sabji ?
By nutrients I mean potassium, sodium, carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins dietary fibre etc.
