Ingredients

25 minutes

2 servings

1 cupcoarse wheat flour
1 tbspbesan
2 tbspmethi leaves
2 tbspcurd
As per tasteSalt, turmeric, chilli powder
1 tbspSugar
For fryingOil
1 tbspchilli, garlic, ginger paste

In a bowl take flour. Add masalas and ginger chilli garlic paste.

Add methi leaves.

Add besan and curd. Add required water and knead dough.

Rest it for 30 minutes.

Make small muthias out of it.

Fry it in low flame in hot oil.

You can store for 4-5 days. Happy eating..
