Ingredients

1 serving
  • 4medium size of unripe plantain
  • 2Large Dry fish
  • 2 tbspblended crayfish
  • 1round Kpomo
  • 1/2 cupred oil
  • 1onion bulb
  • 1 tspDry pepper blended
  • 2knorr cube
  • Vegetable (Ugu)
  • to tasteSalt
  • Water

Steps

preparation 30m
  1. 1

    Wash and peel plantain, cut into cubes.

  2. 2

    Wash dry fish, put in a cooking pot, add water, allow to cook for some minutes. Cut your kpomo into small cube size, then add to the cooking dry fish.

  3. 3

    Add plantain into the cooking pot, add red oil, onion sliced, crayfish, pepper, salt, knorr seasoning and water. Allow to cook for 15m.

  4. 4

    Add sliced vegetable and adjust the taste and stir it, allow it for few seconds, then bring it down
