In a pan take butter, once it melts add garlic, cook the garlic for 30sec, then add blanched spinach, boiled sweet corn & mix well & cook for a minute.

Then add salt, pepper & mix well, then switch off the gas & add cream cheese & mix well, cut the French load into half, apply butter on both sides, place the stuffing on the bottom side, place cheese slice on the stuffing & cover the bread, apply butter & grill it.

Serve it with chips & ketchup.
