  • Curry powder
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • Green pepper
  • 2 cupswater
  • to tasteSalt

30mins
  1. 1

    In high heat fry onions till golden brown

    Add tomatoes and garlic ginger paste and stir

    Add grated carrots and green pepper

    Add salt and curry powder.stir and then add the potatoes,cover and simmer for 10 mins

    Add two cups of water,cover, let it boil till ready
