Ingredients

  1. 1Potato
  2. 250 gmsPeels of peas
  3. 1/4of a piece Amritsari vadi
  4. 1 pinchCumin seeds
  5. 1/2 tspSalt to taste
  6. 1 pinchRed pepper powder
  7. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1/4 tspGaram masala
  9. 2 tbspMutard oil
  10. Red chilli fo' garnishing suggested or as wish

Cooking Instructions

Almost 10 mins

    Splatter cumin in the same pan.. add red pepper and turmeric powder..add cutted potato, peas outer covers, fried amritsari vadi pieces..Add salt and cook fo' 5 minutes at low heat by covering the lid of the pan(can add 2-3 tbsp of water to cook the vadi properly)..Don't over cook the veggie as it turns mushy..Add garam masala and switch off the flame

    Firstly wash peel and cut the potato in the shape as wish..remove the thin transparent layer from peas outer cover by using tecnique (shown in pic)

    Fry the "Amritsari"vadi fo' about one minute in a spoon of oil till golden colour get and take it out of the pan

  4. 4

    Transfer in a serving plate or a bowl and garnish with a red chilli on top

  5. 5

    Yo'r surprize veggie is done

  6. 6

    Serve hot with chapatti or"missi roti"
