Ingredients

  • All purpose flour
  • Malenge
  • Salt
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the malenge till soft then mash it

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix in flour, salt and malenge then

  3. 3

    Add warm water little water to form a firm but soft dough then leave it to rest for sometime

  4. 4

    Roll out your dough and cut into a ball after kupaka Mafuta

  5. 5

    Cook your Chapati

  6. 6

    Enjoy
