1 cupcabbage
1 cuplettuce
1/2 cupsprouted whole moong
1 tbsp.mint leaves
1 tbsp.coriander leaves
1/2 cuppomegranate seeds
2 tsp.lemon juice
1/4 tsp.pepper
to tastesalt according

Finely chop all the vegetables.

Then take a deep bowl, and mix the vegetables with mint leaves, moong and coriander leaves. Add lemon, pepper and salt.

Mix well!
