Grate carrot. Squeeze the water from it. Do not throw this water. Use this water to bind the dough. Chop green chillies and coriander leaves. Add all dry ingredients. Stuffing is ready.

Divide the dough in two parts. Take one part. Make a ball and roll it. Apply ghee. Put half stuffing in this. Seal the edges. Roll it again.

Take a griddle. Heat. Apply ghee. Cook paratha from both sides. Cook till it is crisp. Enjoy with butter.
